In early June, an exchange took place between Landstede Sport & Beweging from Zwolle with the school in Tongkaina.
After a year of online contact through Microsoft Teams, students meet their buddies in real life in North Sulawesi. During the two weeks the students stay in Tongkaina, a variety of activities are planned.
So they stay 3 nights with a host family, are invited to a wedding, do the PADI Open Water course at Thalassa, PVBs are done, a movie theater is visited and many, many friendships are made!!!
The intention is that the group from Tongkaina will come to the Netherlands in September. But for this we are still looking for sponsors to pay for the airfare and accommodation.
