In early June, an exchange took place between Landstede Sports & Movement from Zwolle out the Netherlands with the school in Tongkaina.
After a year of online contact through Microsoft Teams, students meet their buddies in real life in North Sulawesi. During the two weeks the students stay in Tongkaina, a variety of activities are scheduled.
For example, they stay with a host family for 3 nights, get invited to a wedding, do the PADI Open Water course at Thalassa, PVBs are taken, a movie theater is visited and many, many friendships are made!!!
The intention is that the group from Tongkaina in September in their turn to the Netherlands. But for this we are still looking for sponsors to pay for tickets and accommodation.
