Help from the Medical Profession<\/h2>\n\n

Last fall 2023, members of the Scott Haldane Foundation<\/a> went on a trip to Thalassa<\/a> in North Sulawesi. Thalassa’s facilities were used for a symposium on diving-related medical care.<\/p>\n\n

The group of guests included a total of 92 medical professionals: general practitioners, surgeons, neurologists, and a variety of other specialists. Simone took the opportunity to give a presentation about Kehidupan Anda and our school in Tongkaina. <\/p>\n\n

As usual, this was also accompanied by song and dance numbers from our students. The infotainment<\/em> evening served not only as entertainment for the guests, but also to raise awareness of the need for aid to the school. <\/p>\n\n

There was an immediate and enthusiastic discussion by the medics on how to make this happen. This resulted in some fine donations: <\/p>\n\n
