After introducing PACE for the first time last year, early this year Yvonne returned to teach PACE (Periodic Aerobic Cardio Exercise) at the school. This fun workout, similar to aerobics, was combined with upbeat music.
The activity was enthusiastically attended by several teachers and 19 students. The excitement continued at the end of the session with a very fun BINGO game and attractive prizes that made the students even more enthusiastic.
Not only did the participants gain new experiences and joy, but everyone also received a T-shirt from Yvonne as a souvenir, which was worn during the activity.
