On May 6, the participants of the Oranjeloop 2025 were greeted with loud applause.
A Run Bike Run completed to raise money for three small-scale charities, including Stichting Kehidupan Anda.
From the Oberalm in Switzerland, following the Rhine River back to the Netherlands, to the Kromhout Barracks in Utrecht.
Within 5 days, more than 875 km was covered by running and cycling. This was done with four teams of two, and each team had covered approximately 45 km each day in relay form. The logistics team provided the sports massages and care every day after all that hard work.
The participants (real tough people) of this Oranjeloop have collected a huge amount of sponsorship money through their great efforts. For each charity, no less than €4366.67 donated by:
- Material Logistics Command
- Army Command
- and through Gofundme
How lucky we are that Eric van Reyswoud, one of the participants, had registered our foundation!
We were warmly welcomed in Utrecht.
After the participants had been put in the spotlight, there was time for the presentation of the checks with an explanation. While enjoying a snack and a drink, we talked to enthusiastic and interested people. What a great day!
