Job Training Preparation is an orientation program provided to students before they participate in job training at hotels and resorts. This activity aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and work attitudes needed to prepare them for entering the workforce.
The program was conducted over one day and attended by all Grade 11 students from the Hospitality and Tourism Services Department. The activity began with an opening session by the Principal, followed by presentations delivered by experienced speakers in their respective fields.
Through this program, students are expected to understand workplace rules and culture, adapt to the work environment, and develop discipline, responsibility, and professionalism as essential preparation for their job training experience.
