Graduation 2019

We are already a month and a half into 2022, our children have wished you a prosperous and healthy 2022, and the world seems to be gearing up for the return to an existence of beautiful dives and lots of travel. In any case, we are looking forward to it again!

Updates to the site

Our regular subscribers have already seen it in the sent emails and on our Facebook page, we have been working hard on a new website recently. This was mainly done by Arjen (from Indonesia) to give it a completely new contemporary look. We now have a beautiful corporate identity, and the website also bilingual: Dutch and English.

In previous posts you can read how things came about. After some start-up problems with our mailing list, everyone can now sign up for the newsletter, which you will receive in your mailbox every few months. So if you don’t sign up, you won’t receive a newsletter and of course this would be a shame!

Thank you for your support!

We are still at the beginning of the new year, a time when we take stock of the past year and look ahead. Unfortunately, due to various circumstances, we had to say goodbye to a number of donors, but we also welcomed new heroes. From this place we would like to thank you for the support we have received over the years. Because of your help, the children in North Sulawesi still have the possibility of a better future with proper education.

Other plans?

Unfortunately, we do not always receive notice when people want to end their donorship. We do not ask for a direct debit when entering into the sponsorship, you have to take care of this yourself. This is very important to us for the number of children who can participate in the project so that the costs are covered. Therefore, just to clarify:

If you wish to end your donorship, (which of course we regret) we ask that you unsubscribe.

All in all, in this new year, hopefully we can all see for ourselves again how the kids are doing. And of course this can be done together with a stay at Simone’s wonderful new place:Thalassa Dive & Wellbeing Resort, and of course the familiar Thalassa Dive Resort Lembeh.

Hope to see you soon!
